TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO PROJECTS :
CAN WE SHOOT A VIDEO TO A SONG THATS NOT MIXED DOWN YET ?
The answer is - No we can’t. Reason being is time and the time frame. All this does is create more work for the editor and slows up the editing process and causes frustration between the artist and the editor especially when the projects release date gets pushed forward.
IS THERE A FEE FOR GOING OVER TIME LIMIT ?
The answer is - Yes. There is a $100 fee for every hour that goes over the time limit.
CAN WE SHOOT MORE THAN ONE DAY ?
The answer is - Yes we can. Only if the extra shooting day fee is paid for in advance and an agreement is made by both artist / artist manager / label and director as listed in our contract under “EXTRA DAY SHOOTING FEE”.
DO WE GET A VIDEO TRAILER FOR THE VIDEO BEFORE ITS COMPLETED ?
The answer is - Yes you can. But there is a fee which is in detail on our contract please go over it when you have a chance under “VIDEO TRAILER EDIT FEE”
DO WE GET ANY CLIPS OF THE VIDEO BEFORE ITS COMPLETED ?
The answer is - No you can’t. Reason being is we cannot re-edit videos free of charge. All this does is create more work for the editor and slows up the editing process and causes frustration between the artist and the editor. In order to turn in projects on time we have to cut down on extra work thats not being paid for. We understand that the artist / label has a deadline to meet and wants to promote the project before its release date. But unfortunately “your deadline is not our deadline”.
WHEN DO YOU START EDITING VIDEOS ?
We start editing projects when the project is paid for in full.
DO WE HAVE TO AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE MOVING FORWARD ?
The answer is - Yes. If our terms are not met and contract is not acknowledged we cannot move forward on any project.
CAN WE MEET UP TO MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT TRANSACTION ?
The answer is - No we can’t. All payments / deposits must be made via Cashapp / Paypal / zelle no Money Orders or Checks will be accepted.
DO YOU UPLOAD MUSIC VIDEOS TO YOUTUBE ?
The answer is - Yes. Usually 2 weeks after the artist / label uploads their videos. But under the description it would say “Uploaded by Eagles Eye Media LLC for Promotional Use Only !” we do not monetize music videos as they do not belong to us.
